Specification:

Pulverizer Laboratory is a disc type grinder, designed to grind virtually any material to produce a fine mesh sample in a single operation. lt is a contained car grinder, with a rotating disc, that has a planetary motion on a vertical plane.

Grinding is done between two discs-of a desktop and the other that rotates eccentrically at high speed. The discs are made of heat-treated alloy steel. With the help of a convenient side wheel, the final product size can be adjusted. This can be done, even while the machine is in operation. An automatic locking device keeps the hinged grinding chamber in place and offers quick and easy access to it, for soil sample extraction and for cleaning, the sprayer has a reduction capacity of about half a kilogram of a fourth-to-72-mesh sample in about a minute. The sprayer is equipped with an H P. 3 motor, a 'V' belt pulley unit and mounting.
