Construction:

This unit has double walled insulated PUF modular panels which can be easily assembled at site. Interior is made of Stainless Steel and Exterior is either made of Mild Steel finished with powder coating or Stainless Steel. The unit has full-length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. The unit is provided with perforated Stainless Steel trays. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature.

Intelligent Control System :


The controlling system having is PLC Base and PC communication

Heating System :

Long lasting stainless steel tubular heaters with s.s. fins.

Humidity System :

Humidity is by steam injection. A humidifier tank is fitted with two nos of heaters. One heater works as a stand by in case the regular heater fails. A water reservoir tank is connected to the boiler tank. Two boiler tanks are fitted with magnetic float switch and float valve. Magnetic float switch is provided for the safety of boiler as it facilitates in cutting off the heater supply in case of low level of water.

Senesor :

Rotronic make temperature and humidity transmitter 4-20mA with very low drift per year. Temperature in degree Celsius and Humidity in %RH with 0.1°C and 0.1%RH resolution.

Cooling System :

Hermitically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time delay circuit. CFC free refrigerant.

Alarms :
 
Audio and visual alarms are generated for temperature / humidity variation.

Safety :

This unit is provided with safety devices for temperature and humidity over shoot in case of malfunction.s

Standby Sensor :

When controlling sensor fails it automaticallyswitch over to standby sensor.

The unit works on 230 Volts AC and 50Hz mains supply.
